Workers of the agricultural sector will receive a year's armor from mobilization in order to create conditions for safe harvesting. This was stated by acting Taras Vysotskyi, Minister of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine, during the Black Sea Security Forum.
According to him, the existing "armors" of farmers have already been automatically extended for three months. And the second reservation will be given to workers in the agricultural sector for a year instead of 6 months.
He explained that the general rate of reservation is up to 50%, but for some specialties, a petition with justification can be submitted to increase this number.
"For certain professions, for example, tractor drivers, agronomists, veterinarians, it is possible to reserve the number of workers that is critically needed, while receiving approval from the military." Vysotsky noted.
